1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the online betting and gaming platform operated under the brand name 10sbet, accessible at https://10sbet.cam ("the Platform"). They apply to all users who access the Platform, regardless of the device, location or method of access used.

10sbet is an international online betting and gaming platform. It is not licensed, regulated, authorised or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial government authority. The Platform operates under its respective international licensing entity. Pakistani users accessing this Platform do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 10sbet.

By completing the registration process and creating an Account, or by placing any bet or accessing any game on the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in full;
• Are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required under the Operator's licensing jurisdiction;
• Are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by law;
• Accept these Terms as a binding legal agreement between yourself and the Operator;
• Understand that gambling involves real financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and close your Account by contacting support.

4. Account Eligibility

Accounts on 10sbet are available only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator/license jurisdiction. Evidence of age must be provided upon request as part of KYC verification.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts — including accounts in another person's name — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• No prior exclusion: You must not have been self-excluded from gambling, or excluded by any regulatory or operator directive, at the time of registration.
• Accurate information: All registration information provided must be truthful, current and complete. Any account found to have been opened using false details may be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

5. Account Registration & KYC

To access full Platform features — including deposits, wagering and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and satisfy KYC requirements as follows:

1. Registration: Provide a valid email address, mobile number and date of birth. You will be required to create a secure password. All fields must be completed accurately.
2. Identity Verification: Submit a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued identity document. For Pakistani users, a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) is the standard accepted document. The name on the account must exactly match the name on the identity document.
3. Proof of Address: The Operator may request documentary proof of residential address. Acceptable documents include recent utility bills or bank statements dated within the past three months.
4. Payment Method Verification: In certain cases, you may be required to verify ownership of the payment method used — for example, confirming that a bank account or mobile wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name.
5. Enhanced Verification: The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, where required by compliance obligations.

Failure to complete KYC requirements within a reasonable period may result in restrictions on account activity, including suspension of withdrawals. The Operator is not liable for any delay in processing arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory verification documents.

6. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 10sbet are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
• The Operator references familiar Pakistani payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) as illustrative local options. The actual availability of any specific payment method is subject to the Operator's current settings and is not guaranteed. None of the referenced payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 10sbet.
• The Operator does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside the Operator's control.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency are subject to additional terms, including network confirmation requirements and exchange rate fluctuation. Cryptocurrency availability is not confirmed for Pakistani users and is subject to applicable local law.
• The Operator reserves the right to return any deposit and refuse service where anti-money-laundering obligations require it to do so.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your 10sbet account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full. Withdrawals requested before wagering conditions are met may result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction. These are set by the Operator and are visible in the cashier at the time of withdrawal.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 10sbet are subject to specific terms. The general conditions below apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 12x). This means you must wager the bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit — by the stated multiple before winnings become withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single stake applies per bet or spin. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or otherwise — may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The maximum bet limit is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of credit or opt-in. Any bonus not used or wagered in full before expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses — particularly free spins and no-deposit offers — carry a cap on the total amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated in the promotion terms.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on 10sbet:

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, except where a bet is placed in error or where market suspension or voiding is applied by the Operator.
• The Operator reserves the right to suspend, void or limit any market at any time, including during live in-play events, where market integrity concerns, data feed errors or force majeure events arise.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits may vary by sport, competition and event, and may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion for individual accounts.
• Winning bets will be settled in accordance with the Operator's official settlement rules for the relevant sport or game category. In the event of a dispute over settlement, the Operator's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with published rules, is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer results. RTP (return to player) percentages are set by the relevant game provider and may vary by game.
• The Operator is not responsible for the outcome of bets placed based on incorrect or delayed data, including live sports statistics, injury information or odds feeds.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 10sbet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or any other identity;
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Operator;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to mask your actual location;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotions without genuine wagering intent.

11. Responsible Gambling

10sbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the limit period resets or the limit is adjusted (increases are subject to a cooling-off period).

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 10sbet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, game content, software and data — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of any Platform content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software used to operate the Platform;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10sbet and its Operator, officers, directors and employees are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, data loss or technical errors beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delayed transactions or processing errors;
• Any legal consequences to the user arising from accessing or using the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is restricted;
• Loss of data or account access arising from failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

14. Privacy & Data

10sbet collects and processes personal data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing and regulatory compliance. Full details of how your data is collected, stored, processed and your rights in relation to it are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with the Operator.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users may withdraw consent at any time, subject to the conditions set out in that policy; however, withdrawal of consent may affect the Operator's ability to maintain your account.

15. Account Termination

Either party may close an account at any time:

• By You: Contact support to request account closure. Any real money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus conditions will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
• By the Operator: 10sbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where: a breach of these Terms is detected; fraudulent activity is identified; KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed; or continued operation of the account creates legal, compliance or reputational risk for the Operator.

In the event of account closure by the Operator for cause, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned subject to the completion of any required compliance checks.

16. Amendments to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before new terms take effect — except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory local law requires otherwise.
